Reception Hours:
- Reception hours are 9:00AM – 5:00PM Monday to Sunday.
- Guests arriving outside these times, please contact our team during reception hours to make alternative arrangements for key collection and check-in.
- Check-In/Check-out:
- Check-in time – 2 pm
- Check out – 10 am (late check-out requests are subject to availability, and fees may
apply)
General:
Although every effort will be taken to accommodate guest requests, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
- Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All bedding and linens are supplied for all rooms.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or guest common areas.
- Pets are not permitted on our premises.
- As part of our housekeeping guidelines, and for guest comfort, our rooms receive a full service every 3 days.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Once you have made a reservation, you accept the terms and conditions of your stay
at Waves Geraldton.
A one-night deposit is required at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance will be taken the morning before your arrival date. As each payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation to the email address supplied.
Right of refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person we believe:
- not to be the same person on the booking request.
- not to be the same person named on the credit card or authorized to use the card.
- not to be able to pay charges.
- to be providing fraudulent and/or misleading information when making the booking.
- to be dealing in any illegal activity.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, you may be entitled to a refund of the balance less the deposit – equivalent to one night’s stay.
- If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you do not show up on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
- There may be a $30 administration fee for all cancellations.
- All cancellations must be in writing.
Refund Policy:
All refund and credit requests must be in writing. Refunds will only be processed in the same manner as the payment was originally received. If a refund is requested due to illness or emergency, proof may be required to enable a refund or credit balance transfer.
Credit transfers will only be given in certain situations and must be used within twelve months of the original booking date.
No refunds are given for early departures, cancellations or changes to reservation made after you have arrived.
